Migrate from Integromat to Make in 2 Easy Ways

Integromat is now closing its doors to welcome the birth of Make. It’s vital to migrate to Make to keep your Integromat Organizations.

By September 30, 2023, Integromat will shut down and deactivate all Scenarios. Additionally, once you migrate to Make before September 30, you’ll be set in the Make Legacy plan and keep the same subscription price and number of operations. 

In this article, you will learn two (2) seamless ways to migrate from Integromat to Make.

How to use Make Upgrade Hub

If you are fastidious and enjoy the nitty-gritty process, then this option is for you. Make Upgrade Hub is a manual option that allows you to review your Integromat content and decide its viability. 

Step 1: Create an account in Make Platform

Once you click ‘Make Platform.’ It will prompt you to a log-in page. Click the ‘create an accountand enter your Integromat account details. 

Don’t panic! Make will recognize your Integromat account details.

Step 2: Sign in and Choose Organization

When you sign in, you will see the Make Upgrade Hub. All of your Organizations are listed here.

Once you click an organization you want to upgrade to Make, a prompt will appear to finalize the upgrade. 

Tip:

  • Double-check the organization and select the region.

Click ‘Begin upgrade’ once you’re ready.

Step 3:  Install Custom apps, Migrate Scenarios

Now this is where the work starts! 

You will manually review and install the Custom apps you want to keep. Yay! Once satisfied with the custom apps you installed, press ‘continue.’

After that, a list of your Scenarios will appear. 

Again, like custom apps, you will review the list and select the Scenarios you want to keep. 

Tip:

  • Check ‘‘Non-migratable Scenarios’ for errors; there might be a need to modify your webhook.
  • Open a new tab, and correct or ignore faulty Scenarios for a successful migration. 
  • Successful migration is only possible if there are no Scenario errors.

Step 4: Finalize and Migrate

Once you’ve finalized step 3, click ‘Fast Migration’ to finish your Integromat to Make migration. 

How to use Make Migration Tool

Are you all about convenience? Make Migration Tool might be the best option for you. 

Step 1: Open Make Migration Tool

Review the limitations in the Make Migration Tool prompt and proceed once read.

Step 2: Connect your Integromat and Make accounts

Once you proceed, you must sign in to your accounts.

  • Source: is equivalent to your Integromat Legacy account. Click the drop-down arrow and then ‘Sign in to source.’ A window will prompt you to sign in with your Integromat account details

  • Target: is equivalent to your Make account. Click the drop-down arrow and then ‘Sign in to Target.’ A window will prompt you to sign in with your Make account details.

Once finalized, click ‘Continue.’

Step 3: Select Teams and Organizations

After you connect your Integromat and Make accounts, you will select the organization you want to migrate to Make. 

  • Source: denotes your Integromat Legacy account Organization. Click the drop-down arrow to choose the organization you want to transfer to Make.
  • Target: denotes your Make account Organization. Click the drop-down arrow to choose the ‘Organization’ and ‘Team’ you want to file the Integromat migration.

Click ‘Continue’ once you have finalized your Organization's Source’ and ‘Target.’

Step 4: Review Custom apps and Scenarios

After designating your source and target, all the Integromat custom apps you have will automatically migrate to Make. 

Simply click ‘Continue’ to prompt your list of Scenarios. 

Once all Scenarios are devoid of errors, click ‘Fast migration’ to complete Integromat to Make migration in one click.

Tip:

  • Check ‘Non-migratable Scenarios’ for errors; there might be a need to modify your webhook.
  • Open a new tab, correct or ignore faulty Scenarios for a successful migration. 
  • Successful migration is only possible if there are no Scenario errors.

Step 5: Migration Results

Click the ‘Start migration’ and review the migration results. 

Once you are satisfied with the migration, you’re all set. Yay!
