When you sign in, you will see the Make Upgrade Hub. All of your Organizations are listed here.
Once you click an organization you want to upgrade to Make, a prompt will appear to finalize the upgrade.
Click ‘Begin upgrade’ once you’re ready.
Now this is where the work starts!
You will manually review and install the Custom apps you want to keep. Yay! Once satisfied with the custom apps you installed, press ‘continue.’
