Subprocessors of Techflow.ai GmbH

This page lists the companies that Techflow.ai GmbH engages as further processors within the meaning of Art. 28(2) GDPR (Annex 2a of our data processing agreement). Each provider is used only to the extent required for the services agreed in the individual case — not every project involves every provider. We notify our customers of changes at least 14 calendar days in advance.

Team members
To deliver our services, we also rely on team members who work permanently and exclusively for us, are bound by our instructions and in some cases work from the Philippines. For each of these persons there is an agreement pursuant to Art. 28(4) GDPR, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 3) and an indefinite obligation of confidentiality and data security. Without separate approval from the respective client, these persons receive no access to particularly sensitive data, no administrative master accounts and no complete data exports.
We do not publish a list of names, as it would contain personal data of the persons concerned. Our clients can obtain this list on request, in confidence and in text form, from datenschutz@techflow.ai.
