“What does custom software cost?”

Most SCALE² sprints fall between €5,000 and €18,000 – a fixed price, agreed up front. Larger projects get split into several sprints, each with its own usable result.

“How long does it take?”

Three weeks per sprint. After the first sprint, something real is running in your business – not a concept paper, not a prototype that never ships.

“Who owns the code?”

You do. All repositories, access, and licenses run in your name. You can carry on with any other developer at any time – that's by design, not by accident.

“What about maintenance?”

Three weeks of support after go-live are part of the sprint – handover, documentation, and onboarding included. After that, it's your call: a maintenance agreement with us – or your team takes over. No mandatory retainer.

“Why not just use a standard tool?”

Often: exactly! If a standard tool or a Make.com automation solves your problem, that's precisely what we recommend – even though we earn less on it. We only build custom software where it measurably brings back more hours.

“Is AI-generated code safe?”
